tilbyder en lang række muligheder for leje af mødelokaler og
konferencelokaler på 4
forskellige adresser i København samt 1 adresse i
Hørsholm midtpunkt, der passer til næsten ethvert behov inden
for møde- og konference afholdelse.

Brink Meetings råder over 24 mødelokaler og konference lokaler
med en samlet kapacitet på 377 pladser. Størrelsen på møde- og
konferencelokalerne varierer fra 2-8 personers mødelokaler til helt
store præsentations og undervisningslokaler.
Brink Meetings tilbyder følgende forskellige møde- og
konference muligheder
- 2-8 personer traditionelle mødelokaler
- 14 personers bestyrelsesmøde, forhandlings eller præsentations
lokaler
- 10-90 personers konference- og mødelokaler der kan lejes i
boardroom, hestesko, skole- eller biograf opstilling.
- 1 specielt bestyrelses- eller forhandlingslokale med tilhørende
privat lounge
Fuldt udstyrede mødelokaler og konferencelokaler
Alle mødelokaler og konferencelokaler er udover komfortable,
klassisk/moderne designermøbler, indrettet og udstyret med
aircondition, både trådløst og kablet højhastigheds
internetforbindelse, Whiteboards, Flipover, Konferencetelefoner,
lærred samt på udvalgte adresser, talerstole eller pulte.
Derudover kan der lejes projektorer, TV, mikrofon og lyd samt
videokonference.

Terms and cancellation
- The meeting room or conference room rent is charged in advance
by credit card, at the time of booking.
- In case of cancellation less than a week before the booked
meeting, 50% of the meeting room rent will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the booked
meeting, 100% of the service charge, including catering, will be
charged.
