Brink Meetings is a meeting room and conference room concept
offering a wide range of options for the hire of meeting and
conference facilities at four
different locations in Copenhagen samt and one
address in Hørsholm Midtpunkt, to suit almost any meeting and
conference requirement.
24 meeting rooms
Brink Meetings has 24 meeting rooms and conference rooms at its
disposal with a total capacity of 377 seats. The size of the
meeting and conference rooms varies from meeting rooms for two to
14 people to very large presentation and teaching facilities.
Brink Meetings offers the following meeting and conference
options
- 2-8 people, traditional meeting rooms
- 14 people board room, negotiation or presentation rooms
- 10-90 people conference and meeting rooms, in board room, class
room or theatre set-up.
- 1 special board room or negotiation room, with private
lounge
Fully equipped meeting rooms and conference rooms
All meeting and conference rooms are comfortable, furnished with
classical/modern designer furniture and built-in aircondition. They
are equipped with wired and wireless high-speed internet
connections, whiteboards, flip charts, conference phone systems,
white screen, and - in certain locations - rostrums and
lecterns.
Furthermore, LCD projectors, Flat screen TV's, microphone and
sound systems, as well as video conference equipment, is available
for rent.

Meeting Package 1: Half day (max. four hours)

VAT and include wireless, high-speed Internet connection,
whiteboard, flip chart, conference telephone (talktime not
included), screen and rostrum or lectern (rostrum or lectern only
available in selected locations).

Terms and cancellation
- The meeting room or conference room rent is charged in advance
by credit card, at the time of booking.
- In case of cancellation less than a week before the booked
meeting, 50% of the meeting room rent will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the booked
meeting, 100% of the service charge, including catering, will be
charged.
