The business centre is located in one of the original warehouse buildings on the waterfront. The building dates back to 1869 and has been used for the storage of ships paint and later as offices for seed wholesalers which can be seen in the completely renovated and now listed merchant's office.

The characteristics of the building - with its beautiful load-bearing steel pillars, visible wooden beams, original doors with brass handles and leaded windows in the stair tower - have been preserved in the gentle restoration of the building. This, together with the beautiful surroundings of the gardens, create a fantastic atmosphere in and around what can be regarded as one of the most charming buildings along the waterfront.

The decor is contemporary with a large, professional reception area with specially designed furniture and new Danish artwork on the walls. The meeting rooms have state-of-the-art equipment and designer furniture. The offices are modern and stylishly decorated and fully equipped with adjustable tables and other state-of-the-art equipment.
