Since 1998, Brink Serviced Offices has developed long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with a wide range of suppliers who have joined Brink Serviced Offices in its growth from about 60 workstations to the current 1200 in five business centres in Copenhagen and Hørsholm.

Brink Serviced Offices works on the basis of cost-saving economies of scale and a structure of systems and guidelines where both the supplier and Brink Serviced Offices know precisely what is required and where streamlining and simplicity in the partnership work to the advantage of both parties.

Reliability, quality, longevity, honesty, quick response times, flexibility and competitive prices are key in our selection of more than 60 different suppliers and business partners.

It is important that our suppliers help to maintain and improve the quality of Brink Serviced Offices' overall product and margins - as well as understand the meaning of their contribution to our product.

Their contribution lies not only in reliability, quality, quick response times, etc. but also in simplicity of procedures in terms of ordering, confirmation, delivery, dispatch and approval of invoices, invoice quality and set-up for use in our scanning and accounting processes, etc.

This facilitates work cycles and adds value to Brink Serviced Offices in terms of time and resources saved - in addition to the product supplied.

Only one supplier per area/product

Brink Serviced Offices works on the principle of only working with one supplier per area/product where this is geographically possible and only selecting suppliers who specialise in their business area.

When a supplier has been selected and approved, Brink Serviced Offices strives to build up a long-term partnership where on-going dialogue and regular status meetings help to ensure compliance with our agreement, improvements and adaptation of procedures where necessary.

This means that Brink Serviced Offices has in some cases worked with the same suppliers since 1998.

At Brink Serviced Offices we - as a service-oriented company - depend on the feedback, whether positive or negative, and good ideas of our customers, to support our strive to deliver a world-class product and a customer experience.

At Brink Serviced Offices we are not perfect. Every day we deliver many - and in some cases complex - products and services within office operations to our customers.

Brink Serviced Offices has offered businesses the option of outsourcing their office requirements as well as associated services, such as virtual office, telephone answering service, address service, meeting and conference rooms as well as video conferencing facilities since 1998.

Brink Serviced Offices currently runs five business centres/serviced offices at four addresses in Copenhagen and one in Hørsholm Business Park.
