Business Center Winghouse, Ørestads Boulevard 73, 2300 Copenhagen
Business Center Winghouse is located in the building of the same name which is situated in the centre of Copenhagen Ørestad. Winghouse was designed by Henning Larsen Architects -whose designs include among others, the Copenhagen Opera House at Holmen, and the Danish headquarters of Nordea Bank and Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Winghouse is a uniquely distinctive and easily recognisable building, shaped like an aircraft wing, hence its name.
The square in front of the building leads into the impressive foyer and a manned reception area with a high ceiling and large, elegant glass facades. From the reception area, either the impressive staircase or an elevator takes the visitor to the business centres 10 fully-equipped variously-sized meeting rooms. To the rear of the building, you will find the restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch to the business centre's users and guests and where, during the summer, you can enjoy lunch on the restaurant's large terrace which offers a spectacular view of Copenhagen.
The business centre is fitted with designer furniture and works of art on the walls and the fully-equipped offices are furnished with modern, stylish furniture and have, for instance, electrical adjustable desks.
In line with other Brink business centres, the emphasis is on strengthening individual company profiles, therefore, the business centre is not branded with Brink uniforms, logos or brochures on view.
Business Center Winghouse is less than a five minute walk away from Ørestad City train and metro station with connections to Kongens Nytorv, Copenhagen Airport, Funen and Jutland. In addition, the E20 motorway links directly to Copenhagen Airport, the Øresund and Great Belt bridges and Copenhagen Ring Road 3. The building's 400 underground parking spaces can be used by employees and visitors for short and long-term parking.
