The business centre is housed in a former warehouse on the harbour front. The building dates back to 1869 and was used for storing marine paint and later as an office for a grain wholesaler, a fact which can be seen today in the building’s totally renovated and listed wholesaler’s office.
Original features such as the beautiful metal supporting pillars, the visible wooden beams, original hand-crafted doors with brass fittings and the leaded windows in the stairwell have all been preserved as part of the careful restoration the building has undergone. Together with the magnificent harbour setting, the centre creates an atmosphere in and around what can only be described as one of the most charming buildings on the harbour waterfront. The interior is modern and boasts a large representative reception area featuring specially designed furniture and contemporary Danish art on the walls.
