Brink - Business Center City is located on Copenhagen’s Town Hall Square, overlooking the square with a breathtaking view of the city from the top floor. The office building, designed by architect Alf Cock-Clausen in 1935, is also called “The Richs Building” is placed on the corner of the Town Hall Square and Vesterbrogade and is especially known for its characteristic tower which features two weathergirls on the top of a colourful thermometer as tall as the building itself. Since its construction in 1935, the building has had a unique position in the heart of Copenhagen and is still recognized as one of the most impressive trade and industry buildings in town.
In the construction of this business centre, Brink has successfully preserved some of the special characteristics from this historic building, including the original teak window frames, the wide marble windowsills, the chromium-plated handles on the solid mahogany doors, as well as furnishing from the same time period in the reception and lounge. These features are combined with modern, elegantly equipped offi ces including height-adjustable work desks, air-conditioning, IP telephony and much more.
In line with other Brink business centres, strengthening the client’s profile has been emphasized; therefore, the business centre is not branded with Brink company logos, uniforms or brochures.
